The appearance of a leader – is an absolutely necessary step for a society that seeks to develop. We can't be better without leadership, because leadership helps to organize the work, indicating a plan of action for those who can’t be without a leader. You need to pay special attention to the development of leadership qualities since childhood. In this connection it’s necessary to amend the preschool and school life. Namely, at a young age develop the following qualities: confidence, sharpness and flexibility of mind, willpower, the ability to understand the peculiarities of human psychology and organizational skills. All of the above mentioned can be formed through trainings, specialized class activities, thematic class hours, games, workshops, debates and seminars. If we follow all the tips and rules in our country the employees will have well-developed leadership skills.
