The article is highlighted the main development problems of the building materials industry in Belarus, presents prerequisites for the logistics systems formation for enterprises in the sectors of the economy, including in the construction industry, describes the approach to the definition of the logistics system boundaries and the main logistical system links of the building industry enterprise.
