В статье представлено описание феноменологической модели электротермической наплавки металломатричных композитов. Показан дисперсно-фазовый анализ структуры металломатричных композитов и порошковых материалов, используемых для электротермической наплавки таких материалов.

The description of the phenomenological model of electro-thermal welding of metal-matrix composites is presented. The dispersedphase analysis of the structure of metal-matrix composites and powder materials, used for electro welding of such materials, is showed. It is recommended in modeling of electrothermal welding used in powders and received metal-matrix composites to allocate a distinct conductive heat and electrical current phase represented by metal particles and the phase in relation to it represented by non-metallic solid particles with a high modulus of elasticity, which have a pronounced thermal properties and electrical resistance. Analytical dependences for defining the duration of the transition in free dispersed state of powder materials in dispersion-bound state with electrothermal welding, using induction and electrocontact heating to obtain a coating in the form of metal-matrix composites, are presented. The functionality for optimization of electrothermal welding of metal-matrix composites and the system parametric stability in the implementation of this process are given.
