Abstract
В статье описаны изменения, произошедшие в составе ведущих игроков мирового сельскохозяй- ственного машиностроения в 2008-2012 гг. Особо отмечено усиление конкурентных позиций китайских и индийских машиностроителей. Представлены основные итоги их деятельности за этот период. Выделены основные механизмы и инструменты, применяемые ими с целью создания и развития позиций на целевых рынках.

Changes that have occurred in the structure of the leading players in the world agricultural machinery industry in 2008—2012 are described. Strengthening of the competitive positions of the Chinese and Indian machine-building companies is emphasized. The main results of their
operation for this period as well as the main mechanisms and tools used by them to create and develop positions in the target markets are presented.
