Abstract
Работа посвящена изучению влияния государственного регулирования системы ценообра- зования в строительстве на проявление функций цены в Республике Беларусь. Обозначены проблемы государственного регулирования ценообразования и их влияние на развитие отрасли. Показана необходимость пересмотра системы формирования стоимости в строительстве, определения сметных нормативов с учетом среднеотраслевых фактических затрат на выполнение строительно-монтажных работ, переход на формирование стоимости на основании укрупненных нормативов.

This article studies the impact of government regulation of the pricing system in construction sphere in the Republic of Belarus on the performance of price functions. The problems of state regulation of pricing and their influence on the development of the industry are considered. The article shows the need to revise the system of cost formation in construction, the determination of the estimated standards on the basis of average actual expenses on construction and installation work in the industry, the transition to cost formation based on the integrated standards.
