У артыкуле на аснове шырокага кола крыніц, у тым ліку архіўнага матэрыялу, даследуецца дзейнасць Беларускага нацыянальнага камісарыята ў Адэсе ў 1918 г. Разглядаецца роля Камісарыята ў кансалідацыі беларусаў, якія пражывалі ў Адэсе і Адэскай акрузе, забеспячэнні іх сувязі з радзімай.
