The novelty of the suggested theory is in determining a dependence of the deformation critical value on two independent parameters of the stressed state: the mean stress and the parameter of the third invariant of the stress deviator. The novelty also consists in discovering a dependence of the deformation critical value on changes in the shear direction towards material fibers of metal.
