Abstract
В статье представлены результаты и описана специфика работ, выполненных в рамках текущего ремонта на фасадах исторических жилых зданий № 3, 5, 7 по ул. Коммунистической в г. Минске (1952-1954 гг.). В ходе работ выявлены отличительные особенности внешней декоративной отделки зданий, установлено и воссоздано первоначальное цветовое решение фасадов и от- дельных их элементов.

The article presents the results and describes the peculiarities of the work, that has been carried out as a part of the current repairs on the facades of Soviet neoclassical historical residential buildings in the city of Minsk (1952-1954). In the course of the work, the distinctive features of the exterior decoration of buildings, the original color scheme of facades and their elements were identified and restored.
