Abstract
Статья посвящена проблемам исторического развития городских и сельских поселений. Проанализированы действующие законы и нормативные правовые акты об охране историко-культурного наследия, а также ключевые понятия, соответствующие теме исследования. Рассмотрены основные вехи белорусской архитектуры и отдельный памятник истории и культуры «Архитектурно-культурный комплекс резиденции Радзивиллов в Несвиже». Обозначены важнейшие пути сохранения историко-культурного наследия, включая надлежащее содержание и рациональное использование. Особое внимание уделено сложившейся планировочной структуре старой части города в контексте исторической среды.
Abstract in another language
The article is devoted to the problems of historical development of urban and rural settlements. The existing laws and normative legal acts on the protection of historical and cultural heritage, as well as key concepts corresponding to the research topic, are analyzed. The main milestones of Belarusian architecture and a separate monument of history and culture «The Architectural and Cultural Complex of the Radivilles Residence in Nesvizh» are considered. The most important ways of preserving the historical and cultural heritage are indicated, including proper maintenance and rational use. Particular attention is paid to the existing planning structure of the old part of the city in the context of the historical environment.
