Abstract
The harmonization process of the mechanism of legal protection of inventions in the Republic of Belarus and People's Republic of China is a topical issue in the rapid development of science and technology. Unfortunately, there is a lack of scientific publications in this field. Fundamental researches shall be the basis of the decision on the need for deeper harmonization of the mechanism of legal protection of industrial property rights in Belarus and China.
