Abstract
Рассмотрены физические основы использования температуры как диагностического параметра агрегатов и конструкций машин. Выделены особенности функционирования отдельных агрегатов и конструкций автосамосвалов БелАЗ и проанализирована практика их тепловой диагностики.

The physical grounds for using temperature as a diagnostic parameter to investigate machines’ units and constructions are considered. The peculiarities of functioning of separate units and constructions of dump trucks of the Belarusian automobile plant are singled out, and the practice of their thermal diagnostics is analyzed.
