Abstract
Рассмотрены особенности эволюции трудовых отношений (трансформация занятости, рабочего процесса, трудовой мотивации и системы найма) в условиях становления и развития сетевой экономики. Показаны социально-экономические факторы, обусловливающие эти процессы.
