Abstract
Разработана многофакторная модель оценки деятельности промышленных и научных организаций, предполагающая ряд необходимых этапов ее построения, позволившая научно обосновать вывод о том, что государственная промышленная политика должна быть нацелена на преодоление дезинтеграции между научными и промышленными организациями. Проанализированы параметры функционирования научных и промышленных организаций, построена корреляционная матрица и оценена связь между ними. Примененные методы исследования включают в себя системный подход и такие частные методы, как синтез, анализ, моделирование и прогнозирование.

A multifactorial model for evaluating the performance of industrial and scientific organizations has been developed, which involves a number of necessary stages for its construction, which made it possible to scientifically substantiate the conclusion that that the state industrial policy should be aimed at overcoming the disintegration between scientific and industrial organizations. The parameters of the functioning of scientific and industrial organizations are analyzed, a correlation matrix is built and the relationship between them is evaluated. The applied research methods include a systematic approach and such private methods as synthesis, analysis, modeling and forecasting.
