Abstract
В статье рассматривается идея реконструкции 12-этажных крупнопанельных жилых зданий серии M111-90, построенных в 1980-е гг. в Беларуси. Предлагается разрешение трех взаимосвязанных проблем, которое должно обеспечить существенное повышение качества пространства и микроклимата квартир в зданиях указанной серии. Отправной пункт в разрешении проблем - проектный образ интерьеров квартир. Ключевая, проблема – их недостаточная, и неравномерная естественная, освещенность. Предлагается повысить ее за счет световодов двух типов.
Abstract in another language
The article deals with the idea of reconstruction of 12-storey large-panel residential buildings of the M111-90 series, built in the 1980s in Belarus. It is proposed to solve three interrelated problems, which should provide a significant increase in the quality of the interiors and microclimate of apartments in the buildings of this series. The starting point in solving problems is the design image of the interiors of apartments. The key problem is their insufficient and unequal natural lighting. It is proposed to increase natural lighting due to light guides of two types.
