Abstract
Масштабность градостроительной деятельности по созданию новых жилых районов Пензы требует комплексного учета экономических, социальных, эстетических и экологических факторов. В статье рассматриваются вопросы преобразования ландшафта жилых районов города с целью индивидуализации и повышения комфорта городской среды. Предлагается методическая основа для дальнейшего совершенствования ландшафтной организации новых жилых районов города.

The scale of urban development activities to create new residential areas of Penza requires integrated consideration of economic, social, aesthetic and environmental factors. The article deals with the transformation of the landscape of residential areas of the city in order to individualize and improve the comfort of the urban environment. The methodical basis for further improvement of the landscape organization of new residential areas of the city is offered.
