Abstract
В статье рассматриваются положения основных законодательных актов Великого княжества Литовского ХVI в., которые влияли на осуществление разных направлений архитектурно- строительной деятельности. Статьи Статутов требовали не нарушать установленные правила, чтобы не было судебных споров и ненужных расходов финансовых и материальных ресурсов.

Provisions of the main legislative acts of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania of the 16th century are considered in the article, which influenced different areas of architecture and construction activities. Articles of the Statutes required not to violate the rules, so that there are no legal disputes and unnecessary expenses of financial and material resources.
