Abstract
статье рассматриваются особенности формирования и проблемы развития прибрежных промышленных территорий на примере городов Беларуси: Минска, Гродно и Мостов. Рекомендуемые подходы к архитектурно-планировочной реорганизации и адаптации территорий производственного назначения даются на основе определяющих факторов с учетом интересов производства и города.

The article examines the specifics of creation and the problems of development of riverfront industrial areas bringing example Belarusian cities: Minsk, Hrodna and Mosty. Recommended approaches to architectural and planning transformation and adaptation of industrial territories are provided with regard to determining factors taking into account manufacturing and urban interests.
