The architectural component plays a large role in creating innovative industrial clusters and their functioning systems, which determines the relevance of the upcoming study. The article substantiates the relevance of the development of architectural and planning solutions for innovation and industrial clusters and the necessity for their typology with the unification of objects of this type into a single republican database. Considering the fact that the course towards clustering the economy of the Republic of Belarus was taken recently, it is necessary to consider the issues posed with the possibility of connecting and introducing into the development of modern technologies and innovations in the field of architecture, design and construction. One of the goals of creating such large-scale innovative and industrial formations is the introduction of industries using the technologies of the fifth and sixth technological structures into the country's economy and industry.
