Центральные исторические районы городов Ирана обладают ценным историко-культурным наследием и имеют благоприятные предпосылки для развития туризма. Одним из средств эффективного использования туристских ресурсов является организация специальных историко- культурных туристских зон.

There are valuable historical and cultural heritage in the central historical areas of Iran cities and villages. They have favorable prerequisites for the development of tourism. One of the means of effective use of historical monuments of architecture is the organization of special cultural and tourist zones. The study of the settlements allowed to identify deficiencies in the development of tourist infrastructure, as well as to develop a typology of cultural and tourist areas.
