Abstract
Одной из наиболее сложных проблем современного методического подхода к сохранению и реставрации архитектурных памятников является практика работы с историческими сооружениями промышленной архитектуры. Опыт архитектурного проектирования представлен в данном материале на примере формирования объекта в застройке по ул. Октябрьской в г. Минске, включающей несколько памятников относящихся к концу XIX началу ХХ века.

One of the most difficult problems of a modern methodical approach to the preservation and restoration of architectural monuments is the practice of working with historical structures of industrial architecture. The experience of architectural design is presented in this material on the example of the formation of the object in the building on the street. October in Minsk, including several monuments belonging to the end of the XIX beginning of the twentieth century. To enable authenticity of modern object, it is necessary to perform the following design and methodical techniques: limiting the height (not more than three floors), placing the object on the red line, using shaping techniques characteristic of the “brick style” (pilasters, vanes, pediments, cornices) decorative finish imitating brickwork.
