Abstract
В статье рассмотрены особенности разных вариантов территориального развития агломераций, формируемых в зонах влияния крупных столичных городов; приведены критерии и результаты сопоставительной оценки возможных вариантов территориального развития Минской агломерации. На основании результатов оценки и анализа разных вариантов территориального развития Минской агломерации, учитывая объективно сложившиеся условия и тенденции развития, сделан вывод, что Минской агломерации предпочтительно территориальное развитие, сочетающее поясную и лучевую планировочные модели развития.

The article describes the features of different variants of the territorial development of agglomerations formed in the zones of influence of large capital cities; The criteria and results of a comparative assessment of possible options for the territorial development of the Minsk agglomeration are presented. Based on the results of the assessment and analysis of different variants of the territorial development of the Minsk agglomeration, taking into account the objectively existing conditions and development trends, it was concluded that the Minsk agglomeration is preferable to territorial development, combining belt and radial planning development models.
