В статье рассматривается процесс формирования архитектурно-планировочной структуры местечек белорусского Понеманья в XVI – первой поло- вине XX в. Представлена архитектурно-планировочная типология местечек на заключительном этапе их развития. Выявлен характер взаимодействия профессиональной и народной архитектуры.

The article discusses the process of formation of the architectural planning of historical small towns in Belarusian Neman region in the 16th– first half of the 20th centuries. The architectural-planning typology of small towns at the final stage of their development is presented. Identified the nature of the interaction of professional and traditional architecture.
