Abstract
В данной работе представлены результаты исследований структуры новых восстановительно-упрочняющих покрытий, полученных методом электродуговой наплавки из композиций порошков на основе отходов производства чугунной дроби и отходов механической обработки деталей из твердого сплава ВК3.

This paper is devoted to the structure investigation of new recovering and strengthening coatings made of powder compositions via arc welding. Powder compositions consist of dispersed metal wastes: boronized (via chemical-thermal treatment) cast iron waste products and shavings of wolfram-cobalt hard alloy. The new coatings are characterized by the high quality of substrate–coating zone, heterogeneous structures, which depend of powder components ratio and high micro hardness. In this work the regularities of structure formation were discovered and it allows considering this new coatings to be available in recovering and hardening of machine details working under wear conditions.
