Abstract
В статье проблемы развития уровней социально-пространственной организации городской среды анализируются в контексте градостроительных технологий. Городская среда рассматривается как совокупность трех социально-пространственных уровней (локальный, промежуточный, общегородской), актуальных в современной практике, доказавших свою эффективность в позитивной трансформации социального пространства России. Показывается, что на разных этапах развития общества градостроительные практики обусловлены отношением к личности.

In the article, the problems of the development of the levels of the socio-spatial organization of the urban environment are analyzed in the context of urban planning technologies. The urban environment is considered as a set of three socio-spatial levels (local, intermediate, citywide.), relevant in modern practice, which have proven their effectiveness in the positive transformation of the social space of Russia. It is shown that at different stages of the development of society, urban planning practices are determined by the attitude towards the individual.
