Abstract
Особенностью, выявленной по опыту войн и военных конфликтов последнего тридцатилетия, является появление и боевое применение нового вида оружия – информационного.Соответственно акцентирована задача защиты не только от поражающих факторов радиационного, химического и биологического характера, но и поражающих факторов, которые присутствуют при применении информационного оружия, как средства информационного воздействия на технику и людей с целью решения задач воздействующей стороны.

A feature identified by the experience of wars and military conflicts of the last thirty years is the emergence and combat use of a new type of weapon – information.Accordingly, the task of protecting not only from damaging factors of a radiation, chemical and biological nature, but also damaging factors that are present when using information weapons as a means of information influence on equipment and people in order to solve the problems of the influencing party is emphasized.
