Abstract
В статье выдвинуты предложения по разработке системы контроля использования технических устройств и реагентов воздействующих на процессы конденсации в атмосфере. Сформулирована научная гипотеза о возможности синтезировать отравляющие вещества с учетом присутствия в атмосфере частиц химических веществ, выбрасываемых в результате работы промышленных предприятий, при вертикально направленной ударной волне, образованной противоградовой пушкой для оказания воздействия на облака с целью вызова осадков, или при применении метода стимулирования осадков отрицательными ионами.
Abstract in another language
The article puts forward proposals for the development of a system for monitoring the use of technical devices and reagents affecting condensation processes in the atmosphere. A scientific hypothesis has been formulated about the possibility of synthesizing toxic substances, taking into account the presence in the atmosphere of particles of chemicals emitted as a result of the work of industrial enterprises, with a vertically directed shock wave formed by an anti-hail cannon to affect clouds in order to cause precipitation, or when using the method of stimulating precipitation with negative ions.
