dc.description.abstractIn this paper, the temperature measuring methods is considered. The mechanical energy used in the grinding process is almost completely converted into thermal energy. This amount of heat can cause geometric deflections on the workpiece, change its surface area, and accelerate tool wear. Thus, the contact area temperature is an important process variable. However, it is difficult to measure due to rapid temperature changes and resulting steep temperature gradients. In addition, the contact zone is not readily accessible and is generally surrounded by cutting fluid. In principle, the temperature measurement process can be differentiated into thermal conductivity and thermal radiation. The most common methods are analyzed in this scientific work. In our work, special attention is paid to the most common temperature measuring methods and the groups into which they are divided.ru
