Рассмотрен базовый подход по нанесению размеров на начальном этапе изучения темы «Нанесение размеров». Даны рекомендации по объему излагаемого материала на занятиях и готовые графические примеры, применение которых систематизирует навыки студента и не перегрузит его излишне сложной технической информацией, что важно в условиях дефицита учебных часов.

Разработаны технологические процессы формирования покрытий для улучшения виброакустических характеристик зубчатых передач. Для нанесения покрытий на торцы зубьев предложено использовать газопламенное напыление порошка ПЭТФ, а на рабочий профиль – нанесение бронзографита БрО5С5Ц5Гр1ДМ0,5 деформационным плакированием гибким инструментом.
