Abstract
The concept of continuous education was designated by UNESCO in 1972. The formation of global thinking and information culture is the center of the new organization of social and professional development and growth of competence of specialists in the system of continuous education. The organization of continuous education has to be guided by social and economic changes in the state. Specialists have to adapt for new conditions, improve skills and fill up knowledge taking into account scientific and technical progress and inquiries of society.
