Increasing the competitiveness of Atlant refrigerators in the B2B sector
Abstract
Статья посвящена стратегии диверсификации производства через выпуск инновационного торгового автомата с функцией охлаждения. Проведен анализ рыночного сегмента и конкурентной среды. Определены ключевые преимущества продукта: пониженный температурный режим и увеличенная грузоподъемность. Выполнено экономическое обоснование проекта, включая расчет точки безубыточности и прогнозирование спроса. Разработана маркетинговая стратегия для продвижения среди корпоративных клиентов и государственных учреждений. Доказано, что реализация проекта укрепит рыночные позиции предприятия и обеспечит устойчивое развитие.

This article discusses a production diversification strategy through the release of an innovative vending machine with a refrigeration function. An analysis of the market segment and competitive environment was conducted. Key product advantages were identified: reduced temperature and increased load capacity. A feasibility study was completed, in-cluding break-even point calculations and demand forecasting. A marketing strategy was developed for promotion among corporate clients and government agencies. It was demonstrated that the project's implementation will strengthen the company's market position and ensure sustainable development.
