Abstract

Morel is a delicious and nutritious edible fungus with high economic value and increasing social demand.To scientifically resolve the contradiction between morel resource protection and development and utilization, artificial cultivation is one of the important ways.In recent years, China has made major breakthroughs in the artificial cultivation of morels.This article will review the biological characteristics of morels, the main varieties in China, the general situation of cultivation in China, and the prospects of cultivation in Belarus.
