Abstract
The article reveals the specifics and features of the functioning of the life cycle contract in
the production and operation of passenger vehicles. The authors of the article present the characteristics of the life cycle contract and the structure of relations between business entities within the framework of this contract. The main feature of the article is the allocation of the production and economic parts of the life cycle contract and the definition of their defining indicators. In the final part of the article, the authors present the main advantages and disadvantages of the functioning of the life cycle contract in the existing production and economic conditions of the Republic of Belarus.
