Abstract
Рассмотрена эволюция архитектуры гостиничных зданий Черноморского побережья России на определенном этапе исторического развития. Подробно описаны архитектура и история становления наиболее значимых гостиниц, отелей и пансионов, что позволяет оценить масштаб замыслов зодчих, создавших данные объекты. Значительное внимание уделено зданиям гостиничного типа как сохранившимся, так и утраченным объектам архитектурного наследия, сооруженным в конце XIX – начале XX в. Отмечены существующие гостиницы – памятники архитектуры, находящиеся под охраной государства. Раскрыта особая историческая, архитектурная, научная и иная значимость данных объектов с целью их сохранения и дальнейшей эксплуатации. Определены вопросы сохранения архитектурного наследия в деятельности органов государственной власти, общественных организаций, ученых.

The evolution of architecture of hotel buildings of the black sea coast of Russia at a certain stage of historical development is considered. Describes in detail the architecture and the history of the formation of the most important hotels and guesthouses, allowing you to appreciate the scale of the plans of the architects who created these objects. Much attention is paid to the hotel-type buildings both preserved and lost objects of architectural heritage, built in the late XIXearly XX centuries. The existing hotels – monuments of architecture under the protection of the state are marked. The special historical, architectural, scientific and other significance of these objects for the purpose of their preservation and further operation is revealed. The issues of preservation of architectural heritage in the activities of public authorities, public organizations, scientists.
