Abstract
В статье представлены результаты сопоставления расчетных параметров сечения (площадь, момент сопротивления) и уровней проектной надежности стальных конструкций, запроектированных в соответствии с европейскими и отечественными нормами. Проанализированы детерминированные расчеты для обобщенного стального элемента с точки зрения сопротивления элемента и расчетных эффектов воздействий (внутренних усилий). Сопоставлены системы частных коэффициентов и коэффициентов сочетаний. Показаны различия в правилах составления расчетных сочетаний нагрузок и воздействий. Приведены к сопоставимому виду параметры моделей сопротивления и эффектов воздействий.

The results of comparing the section parameters and levels of reliability of steel structures designed in accordance with European standards (Eurocodes) and SNiP are presented. Deterministic calculations for generalized steel member in terms of the resistance and effects of actions (internal forces) are analyzed. The system of partial factors and combinations are compared. The differences in the rules of combinations of loads are shown. Resistance parameters and the effects of actions are converted into comparable form.
