Abstract

At present, the issues of customs policy with regard to customs payments in Belarus are becoming more and more topical, as the amounts received from their payment to the state budget are quite impressive and increase every year. The purpose of this article is to develop a concept of the place and role of customs payments in the system of economic relations of the Republic of Belarus at the present stage, to determine the factors that influence them and their cause-and-effect relations, to form measures to ensure their effective administration.
