dc.description.abstractEach country and each region has formed terminology with local and national characteristics of the natural environment, national characteristics, traditional customs and life habits in the process of long development. Non-equivalent vocabulary emphasizes the completeness of the content of the source language, as well as the consistency of rhetoric in the translation process. For example, the word “sarafan” in Russian is translated by “transliteration”. At the same time, a commentary has been added to clearly explain the cultural meaning of Salafan in the Russian context. This method of translation not only guarantees fluency when reading sentences, but also conveys a deep cultural background. This article attempts to take "996", "yìng hé" and "lemon essence" as examples of the 2019 Chinese Internet New Words, collected and published by the National Language Resources Monitoring and Research Center of China, and analyze the use of Chinese Internet new words in the Chinese-Russian translation.ru
