Abstract

With the advent of the digital economy, which is based on modern technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation and intensification of production, robotics, big data technology, etc., there are significant changes in the modern Belarusian labor market, including the disappearance of some professions and the emergence of others, respectively, the need for new, highly qualified labor resources increases. The study of current trends in the development of labor resources in the Republic of Belarus will help identify the so-called new, digital skills that should be formed in the process of training labor resources to work in the new conditions of the modern economy.
