Выделение и изучение эндофитных микроорганизмов, населяющих дикорастущие и декоративные растения

Abstract

Endophytic bacteria are microorganisms that inhabit the internal tissues of healthy plants and do not cause any harm to the host plant, positively affecting their growth and development. A feature of endophytic microorganisms is that they are not specific to the host plant and do not lead to the formation of anatomical structures such as nodules and galls, which distinguishes them from symbiotic and some pathogenic microorganisms. This work consists in the possibility of using wild-growing, including weeds, and ornamental plants as a source of endophytic bacteria and in isolating unique strains of microorganisms with a complex of economically useful properties. Microorganisms were determined by the ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen, mobilize insoluble phosphates, suppress the development of pathogens, and also to stimulate plant growth.
