Abstract
Статья посвящена проблеме ценообразования в строительной отрасли. Рассмотрены существующие подходы к формированию стоимости строительства объектов в Республике Беларусь, рассмотрены основные плюсы и минусы применения того или иного подхода к ценообразованию на различных этапах формирования стоимости строительства объектов. На основе анализа существующих подходов и предложений РУП «РНТЦ по ценообразо- ванию в строительстве», касающихся модернизации системы ценообразования предложена методика формирования стоимости строительства объектов на основе многоуровневой системы показателей стоимости. Для расчета стоимости строительства на основе многоуровневой системы показателей стоимости предложена классификация затрат и группировка их в укрупнённые модули для формирования усредненных показателей стоимости видов строительных работ. Разработанная методика позволяет достаточно объективно определить стоимость строительства, а также снизить трудоемкость расчета стоимости строительных работ.
Abstract in another language
Article deals with the problem of pricing in the construction industry. The current approaches to the formation of the construction cost in the Republic of Belarus are considered, the main pros and cons of the application of a particular approach at different stages of the construction costs are examined. The methods of forming the construction cost within the multilevel system of cost rates are suggested on the basis of an analysis of the existing approaches and proposals from RUE «RSTC on pricing in construction» covering the issues of the modernization of the pricing system. In order to calculate the construction cost on the basis of the multilevel system of cost rates, a
classification costs and their grouping into larger units are suggested to receive average cost rates of different types of construction work. The developed methods allow to determine the cost of construction, as well as to make it easier to calculate the cost of construction.
