Abstract
В статье рассматривается проблематика развития экономического механизма оказания услуг промышленного характера путем выбора их наиболее экономически эффективной организационной формы. Проведен анализ особенностей оказания услуг промышленного характера в форме аутсорсинга, инсорсинга и как внутренних услуг. Выявлены основные факторы, влияющие на принятие решения по выбору их организационной формы, которые легли в основу разработанного методического обеспечения.

The article is dedicated to the problems of improving the economic mechanism of providing industrial services by selecting the most cost-effective organizational form of providing these services. The peculiarities of providing industrial services in the form of outsourcing, insourcing and as internal services have been analyzed, which has allowed identifying the main factors which have an influence on making the choice of organizational form. These factors has formed the basis of the developed methodical support, which consists of three groups of methods: methods of assessing the factors of strategic importance; methods of selecting cost-effective organizational form of providing industrial services; methods of assessing the economic expediency of outsourcing of industrial services in view of the organizational forms of providing other industrial services.
