Abstract
The urgency of use of active training by means of system of Olympiad movement in modern socio economic conditions is shown, are determined structure and components of educational Olympiad environment. The contradictions of System of Olympiad movement are revealed and the basic approaches of their sanction are specified on the basis of use of information technologies. The recommendations for practical use of means of information technologies are given by preparation and realization of Olympiads on the theoretical mechanics.
