Abstract
This paper is а brief review of some interesting applications of the computers replaced in the theoretical and applied mechanics. The validity of analytical approach has been by numerical solutions in the various software: «МАТНЕМАТІСА». «МАТЪАВ», MECHANICAL SYSTEMS», «WORKING MODEL», etc. This software is used to find numerical solutions of the equations ofmotion and to present the results. The theoretical results are illustrated and varied by some examples investigated in the Laboratoiy of Mechanics ofthe Department of General Mechanics. Examples of the simulation tests for some mechanical models are shown as well.
