Abstract
В настоящей работе приводятся результаты рентгеноструктурного анализа тонких поверхностных слоев, исследования структуры методом просвечивающей электронной микроскопии, отмечаются закономерности влияния длительности ЭПО на структуру и свойства (микротвердость) обрабатываемых поверхностей.
