Abstract
Тепловая модернизация фасадов жилых зданий является современным подходом к повышению энергоэффективности существующего жилья, обеспечивающим комфортность и, соответственно, качество жизни населения. При выборе поставщика теплоизоляционного материала и толщины слоя утепления фасадов минераловатными плитами необходимо оценивать как технические характеристики снижения теплопроводности ограждающих конструкций, так и экономическую целесообразность сокращения затрат на отопление. Раскрываются результаты расчета срока окупаемости утеплителя для стен жилого здания (75 вариантов различных производителей) и толщины теплоизоляционного слоя.

Thermal modernization of the facades of residential buildings is a modern approach to improving the energy efficiency of existing housing, providing comfort and, accordingly, the quality of life of the population. When choosing a supplier of thermal insulation material and layer thickness, wall insulation with mineral-wool boards should be evaluated both from the point of view of technical characteristics of reducing the thermal conductivity of building envelopes, and from the point of view of economic feasibility of reducing heating costs. The article reveals the results of calculating the payback period using 75 insulation options for the walls of a residential building of various manufacturers and the thickness of the insulation layer.
