Abstract
В статье рассматриваются проблемы получения достоверной оценки финансового состояния предприятий строительной отрасли в условиях нестабильной рыночной экономики Республики Беларусь. На основании анализа действующих методик оценки финансового состояния субъектов хозяйствования и результатов оценки финансового состояния за ряд лет сорока строительных организаций сформулирована экономико-математическая модель оценки финансового состояния строительной организации с определением последовательности устранения выявленных нарушений.

The article discusses the problems of obtaining a reliable assessment of the financial condition of enterprises in the construction industry in the conditions of instability of the market economy of the Republic of Belarus. There has been formulated an economic and mathematical model for assessing the financial condition of a construction organization with the definition of the sequence of elimination of identified violations, based on the analysis of existing methods for assessing the financial condition of business entities and the results of assessing the financial condition of 40 construction companies for several years.
