Problems of the regulatory requirements implementation for a barrier-free environment development
Abstract
Изложены основные теоретические положения формирования безбарьерной среды, проанализирована практика проектирования и строительства на примере города Минска, как полигона, где реализуются основные мероприятия Государственной и городской программ по формированию комфортной среды жизнедеятельности для инвалидов и физически ослабленных лиц, выявлено несоответствие проведенных мероприятии нормативным требованиям, даны предложения по совершенствованию среды жизнедеятельности с учетом требований физически ослабленных лиц.

The basic theoretic points of a barrier-free environment development are outlined; the practice of designing and construction for the case of Minsk City, as a testing area where the main activities of the State and City Programs for Development of Comfortable Living Environment for the Disabled and Frail Persons are implementing, is analysed; suggestions to improve the living environment in consideration of frail persons’ requirements are given.
