Abstract
В данной статье анализируются потенциальные факторы, влияющие на строительный комплекс России, с экономической точки зрения. Выявлены основные факторы и описан механизм их влияния. Строительная отрасль является базисом, на котором основывается развитие любой экономической системы. Анализу и поиску решения проблем строительного комплекса посвящены многие научные исследования. В статье решается задача выявления факторов, влияющих на величину вводимых площадей. Анализ был проведен с применением методов экономико-математического моделирования на основе статистических данных по России. Была построена модель, дающая возможность прогнозирования ввода жилья на основе анализа показателя индекса потребительских цен. Сделан прогноз ввода жилья в Российской Федерации в 2020 году. Выводы, изложенные в статье, могут быть использованы при разработке программ повышения доступности жилья и прогнозирования экономического развития.

This article provides the analysis of the potential factors affecting Russian construction complex from an economic point of view. The main factors are revealed and the mechanism of their influence is described. The construction industry is the basis on which the development of any economic system is based. Many scientific studies are devoted to the analysis and search for the solution of problems of the building complex. The article provides the solution to the issue of identifying factors that affect the size of the input areas. The analysis was carried out using methods of economic and mathematical modeling based on statistical data in Russia. A model that allows to predict the input of housing on the basis of the consumer price index analysis was built. The forecast of housing commissioning in the Russian Federation in 2020 is made. The conclusions presented in the article can be used in the development of programs to improve housing affordability and forecast of economic development.
