Problems and prospects of development of labor productivity in the Republic of Belarus
Abstract
В ходе сравнительного анализа со странами Евросоюза рассмотрены основные проблемы производительности труда Республики Беларусь и предложены соответствующие эффективные пути их решения. Основное внимание уделено: 1) экономической сущности производительности труда; 2) её значению в экономической безопасности страны; 3) отношение производительности труда к показателям экономики, которые определяют результаты работы предприятия; 4) изучению факторов производительности труда и нахождение возможностей их дальнейшего развития.

In the course of a comparative analysis with the countries of the European Union, the main problems of labor productivity in the Republic of Belarus are considered and the corresponding effective ways to solve them are proposed. The main attention is paid to: 1) the economic nature of labor productivity; 2) its importance in the economic security of the country; 3) the ratio of labor productivity to economic indicators that determine the results of the enterprise; 4) the study of factors of labor productivity and finding opportunities for their further development.
