Abstract
Статья посвящена анализу факторов, обусловливающих развитие легкой промышленности в Республике Беларусь. В качестве этих факторов в статье исследовано влияние изменения форм трудовой мотивации, изменения профессионально-квалификационных требований, изменения технологии производства и продвижения товаров, изменения форм государственной поддержки, развития кооперации.

The article is devoted to the analysis of factors determining the development of light industry in the Republic of Belarus. As these factors, the article explores the influence of changes in the forms of labour motivation, changes in professional qualification requirements, changes in the technology of production and promotion of goods, changes in forms of state support, and the development of cooperation.
