Abstract
Исследуется и уточняется понятие экономической устойчивости организации, выявляются основные факторы, влияющие на нее. Утверждается, что своевременное определение, оценка и анализ предполагаемых рисков – это основные условия при принятии эффективных управленческих решений. Приводятся результаты комплексного анализа деятельности ряда промышленных предприятий Республики Беларусь по выявлению перечня возникающих внешних и внутренних рисков. Предлагаются мероприятия по управлению рисками, а также приводятся предполагаемые результаты после их применения.
Abstract in another language
We investigate and refine the concept of economic sustainability of the company and identify the main factors of it. The author states that timely identification, assessment and analysis of the perceived risks are the determining conditions for making effective management decisions. Next, we present the results of a comprehensive analysis of the activities of a number of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Belarus to identify a list of emerging external and internal risks. In conclusion, we propose the measures of risk-management, as well as indicate the expected results after their application.
